In view of the macro-policies of decentralizing operational and support centers, the need to improve the livelihood and welfare of the respected army personnel and their families, and the need to increase efficiency in technical and repair activities, the project to construct the Parandak Army Welfare and Repair Complex has been defined as a strategic and infrastructural plan. By integrating services and facilities in a specific area, this complex is able to play an effective role in facilitating support processes, increasing combat readiness, and reducing operational costs for the army and the public.
